Service area questions
Do you charge more for areas further from Florissant?
There is no separate trip fee bolted onto the invoice. The flat rate we quote already reflects the distance, so what you are told on the phone is what you pay. What does change with distance is notice: Overland, Bridgeton or Normandy wants a day's notice where Black Jack usually does not.
My town is not on the list. Do you still serve it?
Very possibly. This list covers the communities we deliver to most regularly, not the outer limits of where we will go. Call and ask — and if we genuinely cannot cover you we will say so rather than waste your time.
How do I know which city I am actually in?
It is the most common question we get here, and a fair one. North St. Louis County is a mosaic of dozens of separate municipalities, several under two square miles, each with its own city hall and ordinances. Give us the full address and we will confirm which one you are in before we quote.
Am I inside the City of Florissant or somewhere else?
Worth knowing, because it decides whose rules apply. Black Jack shares the 63033 ZIP code with much of Florissant without being part of it, and Spanish Lake and Old Jamestown are unincorporated St. Louis County rather than cities at all. Everywhere else on this list is its own incorporated municipality.
